4. Favorite thing to put on my head?

Headdresses.

Hands down.

Is there anything to elaborate? Well considering that even as a literal post-toddler I couldn’t stand head-bows I guess it makes sense I’d love these maxi pad look alikes. I understood they were totally ita in the 2010s and because of that I never explored them much back then- thinking about it what would I have done then if I’d properly entered lolita back then? Worn headbows because they were the it accessory? Try bonnets? Only wear bow combs? Seriously I have 0 idea lmao because when I started wearing Lolita properly I only wore a headbow when it was the only head accessory I had because the moment I got my first headdress that was it, that’s what I wear 98% or the time (the other 2% is for when I wear the bow combs).

Is there any headdress in particular I like more? I can’t really decide, pretty much all of them are very well interchangeable with every coord I make- it all depends if I’m leaning into more either black or white or if I want to keep it red.

I have a soft spot for sure for my RxR headdresses, they really give a certain pop for me facially I think, I’d love to have one more. But in actuality as well I’m in desperate need of a redxwhite headdress, as well as a true ivory headdress as well, and I suppose more importantly too A TRUE BLUE HEADDRESS- NOT SAX!! I recently got some little true blue bow combs from CC and I hope they’ll help me when I’m needing a balance of blue in my coord but a proper blue headdress would be so nice too even if they’re rare (I saw a blue princess drop headdress once on mercari and sat on it too long and missed it UGH, it was from a set too so pretty hard to find/get alone). I've also been dying to try and get into bonnets as well, but nothing too OTT, i got a bonnet once from Bacio Bouquet years ago but never wore it and ended up selling it. I dont think i look good with the large crowned [??] ones on account of my square face, but ever since i saw Momoko's baby-bonnet in Kamikaze girls I'VE KNOWN THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO TRY. i say this but i have a soft bonnet i have yet to wear out... maybe if it were white or ivory rather than red i'd feel a bit less embarrassed to wear it out. There's also the fact i adore berets in lolita- i say this but only have a singular dinky off-brand beret, i'd love to get one of baby's logo berets someday, or one with a pompom on top because those are so cute too.
Also i want to make a confession: I was a mini-hat hater, but i have seen the error of my ways and now give my support to those who use and love them. I'm still a bit scared of putting them on in my coords myself but still, i now think they're just the cutest and those who are able to frequently able to use them: I'm jealous of you...
